What is permarka?
permarka is a California-based online marketplace offering products from trusted brands across 13 departments, from electronics and office supplies to home, tools, toys, pet supplies and more. You can shop many brands and check out once.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@permarka.com. We can usually change or cancel an order that hasn't been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you can return eligible items after delivery.
How do I check my order status?
We email you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see your order history and status.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (after discounts, before taxes). For smaller orders, rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Because permarka is a marketplace, items from different brands may ship from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number, and there is no extra charge for split shipments.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details and exceptions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, return shipping is free. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our inspecting the return.
Products & Brands
Are the products authentic?
We carry products from established brands and partners. If you ever have a concern about an item you received, contact us and we will look into it.
Do products come with a warranty?
Many products include a manufacturer's warranty. Check the product page for details, or contact us and we will help you reach the brand's warranty support.
How do I find a specific brand?
Visit our Brands page for an A to Z directory, or click "Visit the Store" on any product page to see everything from that brand.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
